CO2 Carbon

C02 is a Carbon Dioxide laser is being used for many years for treatment of skin conditions such as fine wrinkles, scars of various origin, uneven pigmentation and dilated pores. CO2 beam of light heats and vaporizes the skin tissue, instantly removing the superficial layers of the skin, scars and wrinkles while smoothing out the surface of the skin.

This skin remodeling occurs with new skin and collagen growth due to heating of deeper dermal layer of skin. Fractional laser treatments utilize microscopic laser columns to treat small areas of skin without affecting surrounding tissue. This produces better results, quicker healing time and lessens chances of side effects

During the procedure, you will feel a warm sensation as the laser is applied.

Immediately following treatment, your skin will be warm and will appear red and swollen as though you were sunburned. In a day or two the treated area will form scabs and looks like a brown net in skin. The scabs fall off on their own over a period of 5-10 days leaving a fresh resurfaced skin. 2-4 sessions at a gap of 4-8 week gives optimum results.
